When Demand for Industrial Space Slowed, I Built a New Brand Story
Problem: ARCO is the number one warehouse builder in the United States. But as industrial development slows post–COVID-19 boom, relying solely on warehouse projects limits revenue potential.
Insight: Shifts in consumer behavior are fueling rapid growth in other construction sectors, creating untapped opportunities for ARCO.
Idea: Reposition ARCO’s brand to showcase its depth of expertise beyond warehouses, reinforcing credibility in high-growth markets.
Solution: A full website rebrand for the first time in nearly a decade, complete with industry-specific pages, educational resource content, and targeted campaigns spotlighting ARCO’s capabilities in emerging sectors.
Cold Storage Content
In 2024, cold storage became ARCO’s highest revenue-generating industry and claimed the #1 Google ranking for “cold storage general contractor.” The strategy? Since 2023, I’ve partnered with the Director of Digital Marketing to expand on top of the company’s paid advertising by producing nearly 30 targeted project case studies, supported by external press release links, LinkedIn posts, backlinks to industry resource guides, and expanded email content for the business development team. This generated millions of dollars in qualified leads and positioned ARCO as a leader in a high-growth market.

By researching industry trends and crafting tailored copy and articles, I helped position ARCO as a credible partner for athletic facility projects despite limited prior experience in the sector. Leveraging existing project assets and curating stock imagery, I showcased ARCO’s capabilities without incurring additional photography or editorial costs.

Because many competitors already had self storage content, this page was strategically optimized with relevant keywords to improve search rankings.
